Requirements:
At least two years help-desk experience in a PC environment.
Strong practical knowledge of PC hardware (printers & peripherals), troubleshooting and repair.
Good familiarity with HTTP, FTP, TCP /IP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, DNS, DHCP.
Supporting Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word , Excel and Project .
OS support : Windows XP Professional and Vista.
Familiarity with Linux a plus.
Personal skills:
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent English.
