Проблема с ATI fglrx (Знову)

Маю таку проблему драйвери вiд ATI:
Вiд iменi root все працюэ, а вид рядового юзера нi

Може хтось вже вирiшив цю проблему?

P.S. може ще хтось знаэ я додаты X-Video Extension?
бо пише "no adaptors present"
ati drivers - 8.23.07
